What payment methods do you accept?

What currency are your prices in?

All prices on our Site are listed in British Pounds (GBP).

Is it safe to enter my card details on your website?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never collect, retain, or have access to your full card number at any point.

I made a mistake on my order — can I change it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at Contact@fiestal.co.uk. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to amend it.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–5 business days after dispatch, for an overall estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size/weight. Any charges will be shown clearly before you complete your purchase.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

My order hasn't arrived yet — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Contact@fiestal.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at Contact@fiestal.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you return instructions.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible at Contact@fiestal.co.uk to request a cancellation.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item), we cover return shipping. If it's due to a change of mind, the customer covers return shipping costs.

What kind of toys do you sell?

We offer a curated range of high-quality kids' toys, including educational toys, playsets, wooden toys, and games designed for various age groups. Product specifications and intended age ranges are listed on each individual product page.

Are your toys genuine, safe, and new?

Yes. Every product we sell is 100% genuine and brand new. All toys strictly comply with UK product safety laws (Toys Safety Regulations 2011) and feature UKCA/CE markings. We do not sell counterfeit, refurbished, or grey-market goods.

Do your products come with a warranty?

My order arrived faulty — what do I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact@fiestal.co.uk with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Are your products safe for young children?

Safety is our top priority. Age suitability recommendations and safety guidelines are listed on each product page. Items containing small parts may pose a choking hazard and are strictly not suitable for children under 3 years of age unless explicitly stated otherwise. Adult supervision is recommended for all playtime activities.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders and check out faster in the future.
