Assemly & Installation Policy

Most products sold by FIESTAL, including our range of kids' toys, require no assembly or installation and are ready to play with straight out of the box. This policy applies to the limited range of items that do include simple assembly, such as toy display stands, playhouses, or multi-piece playsets.

1. Products Requiring Assembly

Where a product does require simple assembly (for example, a wooden playset, toy storage rack, or activity table), this will be clearly stated on the individual product page prior to purchase. Clear, step-by-step assembly instructions and all necessary parts will be included in the product packaging.

2. Basic Assembly Guidelines

For items requiring minor setup or assembly:

All instructions are provided in English.
Standard household tools (such as a basic screwdriver) may be required unless stated otherwise.
Adult assembly is required for all items that need construction to ensure safety before giving the toy to a child.
Please ensure all screws, fasteners, and small packaging parts are securely tightened and kept away from young children during assembly.

3. Missing Parts or Difficulties

If you receive a product with missing parts, missing instructions, or experience difficulties during assembly, please contact us immediately at Contact@fiestal.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue. Our support team will promptly assist you or arrange for replacement parts to be sent.

4. Professional Installation

Fiestal does not offer on-site assembly or professional installation services. All items designed for home assembly are intended to be easily set up by the customer following the included user manual.
